Review of Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, Apart from laptops, the type of device whose popularity rose during the pandemic was tablets. Why is that? Although not as reliable as a laptop in terms of performance, tablets – like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite – are more simple yet multifunctional.
Some people use it as a portable working device to ‘go’ from one Zoom meeting to another. There are also those who need this tool to study, or teach online.
When compared to smartphones, the choice of Android tablets in Indonesia itself is not much. Especially the new series that was launched in 2020. Having previously introduced its best tablet, the Galaxy Tab S6, Samsung is trying to bring a similar experience in a more affordable class through the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.
Although simpler, Samsung’s latest tablet has a similar premium design, complete with a superior accessory, the S-Pen. In addition to entertainment needs, Samsung also positioned this product as a productivity support device, especially with a book keyboard cover.
Review of Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
The price tag is still at Rp 6 million, making the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite compete with the cheapest iPad series in 2020. Will this Samsung tablet device provide more benefits? The following is a full review.
It doesn’t look like a cheap version at all. Yes, despite having a “Lite” appendage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a unibody metal body that is made seamless. It feels very sturdy and premium, and even though it has a large screen, it weighs only 467 grams with a thickness of just 7mm. In my hands which is quite large, holding it in portrait mode is still relatively comfortable.
The matte surface makes the body not get dirty quickly and also not too slippery. The rear camera bulge is not too annoying when it is placed on the table. Samsung also placed the second position of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite stereo speakers very precisely, namely on the left and right of the body (when placed in landscape mode).
